Providing false or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of access. By providing your information, you consent to receive electronic communications from MyCollegePensionEdu, including promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.

3. SMS Program

• Opting into the SMS program means consenting to text messages about appointment requests, confirmations, and service-related communications.
• You can cancel by replying “STOP” to any message; a confirmation will follow.
• Replying “HELP” provides additional assistance.
• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Standard message and data rates may apply with varying frequency.
• Privacy inquiries should reference the Privacy Policy.

4. Appointments; Release of MyCollegePensionEdu

The service enables licensed representatives to find and manage appointments with prospective clients. When requesting appointments, users become prospective clients and will receive confirmation via email or text.

MYCOLLEGEPENSIONEDU IS SOLELY AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE AND IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY AGENTS or product providers including any retirement, pension, or insurance companies.

Representatives are solely responsible for their own conduct. Users release MyCollegePensionEdu from any disputes with representatives or third parties concerning data accuracy or services provided.

5. Right to Access and Use the MyCollegePensionEdu Services and Content

All content, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, belongs to MyCollegePensionEdu, its licensors, representatives, or users. Material is protected by copyright and international laws.

Users receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use services for non-commercial purposes. Users may not:

• Sell or commercially use services or content;
• Distribute, publicly perform, or display services or content;
• Create derivative works;
• Use data mining or extraction methods;
• Download portions of the site without permission;
• Stalk, threaten, or violate others’ rights;

10. Feedback

Separate from User Content, any feedback — including questions, comments, suggestions, and ideas about services — becomes the property of MyCollegePensionEdu. MyCollegePensionEdu owns exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and may use feedback without restriction for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.

11. Third-Party Sites

MyCollegePensionEdu has not reviewed all linked websites and accepts no responsibility for third-party content, products, or services. Links do not constitute endorsement. Users access third-party sites at their own risk and must comply with associated terms.

12. Indemnification

Users must indemnify, hold harmless, and defend MyCollegePensionEdu and affiliates from losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including attorney fees) resulting from third-party claims relating to user conduct, use of services, User Content, Feedback, or violation of others’ rights.

MyCollegePensionEdu is not involved in actual transactions between representatives and clients and cannot control information quality, safety, or legality. MyCollegePensionEdu cannot confirm that representative information is truthful, accurate, or legally compliant.

14. Limitation of Liability; Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCollegePensionEdu is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, income, profits, or data. Maximum aggregate liability does not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) regardless of the nature or amount of damages claimed. This constitutes our sole liability.

15. Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to these Terms or services shall be decided by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules governing consumer disputes. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury. The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement.

You and MyCollegePensionEdu are each waiving the right to a trial by jury and/or to participate in a class action. Unless both parties agree otherwise, arbitrators cannot join claims or consolidate proceedings.

16. Class Action Waiver

Regardless of forum, both parties agree that claims proceed only individually, not as class members or in representative proceedings.

17. Termination

MyCollegePensionEdu reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate access at any time for any or no reason, with no resulting liability or obligation.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable state law, including statutes of limitations, excluding conflict or choice of law provisions.

19. Severability

If any term is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.

20. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding service access and use. Terms and rights cannot be transferred or assigned without written consent. MyCollegePensionEdu’s failure to assert any right does not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms benefit only the parties and do not create third-party rights.
